Whether you choose to purchase supply from Titan Gas, another ESCO or a utility, your gas will continue to be delivered through utility-owned pipes. The Public Service Commission will continue to oversee the safety and reliability of the delivery system. The safety and reliability you've come to depend on won't change. For any gas emergency, you will continue to call your utility even if Titan Gas supplies your gas. Your consumer protections are guaranteed whether you purchase natural gas from Titan Gas or your utility.

When I switch to Titan, will I receive separate delivery and supply bills?

Answer:
For most customers, your energy charges and your utility delivery service charges will be combined on one bill from your traditional utility.

Will the utility be upset if I switch to an ESCO?

Answer:
No. The state utility commissions do not permit utilities to profit from the purchase and sale of natural gas. The utility makes its profit on the distribution of natural gas. So the utility is indifferent as to who provides the natural gas commodity.
